Note the response times and abundance of the 245, 138 and 324 ions. This
is the signature of UDP-glucuronic acid.

times with those of Kombucha in the chromatogram below.

Note the difference in the response of the targeted
ions
from the response in UDP-glucuronic acid.

Note particularly the absence of the 138 and 245 ions which are so abundant in UDP-glucuronic acid.
